Synopsis

The emperor thought the world was peaceful, until an official risked his life to warn him about corruption among the officials. He decides to travel south in disguise. He then finds proof that the corrupt officials are planning a rebellion. Can he go undercover among them and stop their plans? And how can he solve the corruption problem?
